Store Policies

While our store utilizes Paypal for payment processing, it is not necessary that you have a Paypal account. When you are ready to check out, simply opt to pay with a credit card without creating a Paypal account and your payment will be processed. All orders take 1-2 days for processing and we ship daily Monday through Friday. Our normal business hours are 9AM - 4PM Monday-Thursday. At BWD, we warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. That said, warranty issues will be handled on a case by case basis. As with all hobby related products, parts wear and parts break. That is why we offer replacement parts for most of our kits. If you need something that is not currently listed on our site, please contact us so we can get you fixed up.
