INVENTORY: We try to keep an adequate stock on hand, but occasionally items will be backordered due to demand, and some products may no longer be available or are discontinued. Busy Bee Creations reserves the right to limit quantities of any and all products.

SALES & PROMOTIONS:  All sales and promotions are subject to stock on hand at time of sale, no backorders or rain checks. 

ERRORS & OMISSIONS: Busy Bee Creations is not responsible for typographical errors or omitted information. 

PRODUCTS: We will continue to add new and unusual products which will be shown under the "New" tab in addition to their respective categories. All products offered on this site are for crafting or collecting purposes ONLY and are not intended for children. Schleich miniatures are suitable for children over 3 years old. 

RETURN POLICY: Only unopened, unused items may be returned. Postage on returned items is not reimbursed. No C.O.D. returns are accepted. NOTE: ALL books, CD's, prints, eggs, egg kits, products sold by the yard, and items containing patterns MAY NOT BE RETURNED. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: We try to ship within 3-5 days. If there is ever a question regarding your order, we will contact you either by telephone or e-mail. Some orders may require additional shipping charges due to destination or products shipped, i.e. eggs. We will contact you for your approval if additional shipping charges are necessary.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are sorry, but at this time, we are unable to take international orders. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You may also call in your order and send a check or money order payable to Busy Bee Creations, PO Box 487, Eagle River WI 54521. Shipment will be held until your check clears your bank.  NO C.O.D. ORDERS. 

OMITTED ITEMS OR DAMAGED ORDERS: If an item is omitted from your order, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Any damages made during shipping, customer must contact shipper. We do not insure shipments unless requested by customer at an additional cost. 

ITEM REPRESENTATION: The pictures, descriptions and dimensions on this site represent the products as accurately as possible; however, color monitors vary and sizes are approximate.
