Shipping: We will ship everything USPS Priority unless requested otherwise, or if size and weight prohibits. We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.00 USPS Priority within the contiguous 48 states.
Heavy items such as multiple bottles of grooming products and large items such as beds and other furniture include extra shipping surcharges for dimensions and oversize weightswhich will be added to the total shipping charges. We will e-mail you with the total charges prior to shipping.
We offer International, Air and Express shipping also. To receive your items International, Air Express, please e mail us at crystal@PamperedPetBoutiquellc.com or call us at 1-260-768-7360. We will quickly figure these shipping charges and you will be notified via e mail for your approval of these charges. We ship all over the United States and overseas. Shipping overseas is not very expensive and we want to accommodate our overseas customers.
Return and Exchanges: We can only give Store Credit, no refunds. For Exchanges, shipping fees will be paid by the customer for items exchanged.Exchanges: 1 item per order returned for an exchange will not incur a re- stocking fee. Additional items to be exchanged from the same order will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. We will automatically calculate the re-stocking fees on your lesser priced items. PLEASE MEASURE Your Pet CAREFULLY. Your Credit Card will be charged for any re-stocking fees and shipping expenses. Return Authorization is required for exchanges. Merchandise sent to any address without Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Please do not Re-0rder the item you wish to Exchange through our Online Shopping Cart. We will only give a Store Credit for this new order. Store Credit is good for one year only. Exchanges are only accepted if the item(s) does not fit or is defective. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition within 15 days of receipt. All products must be returned in original packaging and sent back to us using an insured method such as USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We will determine whether or not an item returned is unused, and is in its original condition. Credit or exchanges will be provided once original item has been received. We will e-mail you with availability and shipping charges of the item you wish to exchange for. Please keep in mind different times of the year are busier than others for us and our manufacturers. The original order may have been placed when shipment and transit times ran smoothly. Holidays and change of seasons are always busier and this may cause a delay in being able to receive the items in a timely manner. Due to health regulations Dog Beds, Pet Carriers and Toys cannot be returned or exchanged. Each carrier and bed has detailed measurement information. Please make sure your pet will fit comfortably in the one ordered. Please take into consideration the cost and time involved in returning and exchanging items. Most items are returned because the pet was not measured. Measuring your pet is the only way you will know if the item will fit properly.
