RETURN POLICY Merchandise PURCHASED ONLINE is allowed to be exchanged or returned for store credit or a refund (*credit card transactions will be charged a 10% restocking fee). All merchandise must be returned, unworn, with tags on, within 2 days from the day it was received by you the customer. You are responsible for any shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Christmas and holiday returns: Exchanges or returns must be made by January 15th.
We will give credit or a refund as soon as we receive your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you would like to exchange an item, please or email us at garmentcentralda@hotmail.com before shipping your item back to us. Let us know the manufacturer, style number, color, and size of the new item, and we will hold on to it until we get the original item back. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item. If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will reimburse you for the shipping to return it to us, and will not charge you shipping for the replacement. If the merchandise being returned is defective, it will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired, or returned in a timely manner. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel orders with us in Garmentcentralda.com, please contact us by phone (727) 812-6942 or by sending an email message to: garmentcentralda@hotmail.com. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" Section under "Status" after they have been approved.
