Shop SRQ Order Placement Information Orders placed by fax, email, phone, or online will be processed with a three day turnaround. This excludes holidays, weekend, and in accordance with the GSGCF Shop calendar If merchandise is out-of-stock, you will be notified within 24 hours from receipt of order, excluding holidays, weekends, and in accordance with the GSGCF Shop Calendar. All shipping and handling charges are consistent with GSUSA shipping and handling charges. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery from date of shipment. When ordering special orders or if items are out-of-stock, please allow a minimum of 4- 6 weeks. Return & Exchange Policy 30 Day Return Policy GSGCF Girl Scout Shop has a 30 Day Return Policy. A list of specific guidelines is listed below. Merchandise may be returned with receipt in the original packaging (including all tags) and in sellable condition. A refund will be issued by cash (under $10), check, or a credit card, depending upon original method of payment. When a refund is issued as a check, a GSGCF check will be issued within 14 days. GSGCF Checks are issued two times a month. (15th and 30th) Current merchandise returned without a receipt, may be exchanged only. Items purchased using cookie dough/shop points may be exchanged only. No Clearance or Discontinued merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund. Special Order items are not available for exchange or refund. This includes special order Fun Patch items. Mailing items for Return or Exchange Information If you need to return or exchange an item, we recommend you use United Parcel Service, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. We also recommend wrapping the package securely. Always include a copy of your packing slip with a notation indicating: - The exact nature of the problem.
- The corrective action you are requesting (refund or exchange).
- Your daytime telephone and/or fax number.
If you do not have your packing slip,
- Indicate the order number (if available).
- Name and address of the person who purchased the order.
We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment method originally used for purchase.
