Store Policies
Our shipping policy: - We ship all orders within 3-5 business days.
- Items may ship from three different fulfillment centers in Indiana, based on the specific item purchased (Indianapolis, Madison, Angola).
- Express shipping is not available, and most items are shipped via USPS.
- Shipping fees associated with your order also include a handling and processing fee.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states only, and cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or to overseas addresses.
Our return policy:
- If at any time you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by sending us an email at bpavlik@dnr.in.gov.
- SPR GO! packs. Due to the nature of these "packs", we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.
Our payment policy: - We accept all major credit cards.
- Your credit card will be charged upon order placement.

Lost/stolen state park permits - The Indiana State Parks will not replace your permit if lost.
- If your permit has been stolen, and you wish to request a free replacement, please note that your request must be accompanied by a police report. This type of request should be emailed to jplanck@dnr.in.gov
