We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. On-line purchases must be made with one of the above credit cards only.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly refund items with an original receipt or gift receipt within 30 days. Items without a receipt will be refunded with a store credit. Returned items that are worn or damaged will be refunded with a store credit at current selling price at Management discretion. No Price adjustments. All Sale items are "Final Sale".
Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned just like any other purchase if they are accompanied by a gift receipt or if we can look up the purchase with the original purchaser's last name.

Shipping Information
We ship all of our packages through UPS or the US Postal Service. La Bella Casa reserves the option to choose the best carrier available at the time of shipment. Currently we ship only to the 50 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Tracking
When your order ships we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
Delivery Time
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. All items are shipped ground or standard delivery. If you need rush delivery on an item, please call for a quote 503.435.2313 and ask for Jennifer.
Shipping Rates
You will be given a shipping quote at checkout based on the size and weight of the items in your shopping cart. Oversized items and items exceeding weight limitations may require additional shipping fees. You will be advised of any additional shipping fees via email before your order is processed.
Gift Wrap
Your gift selections will be wrapped in our signature Kraft brown boxes (larger items are over-wrapped in our Kraft brown paper) and tied with Satin ribbon. Our gift wrap is provided on all gift purchases at no additional charge.
When purchasing a gift on line you can choose "Gift Wrap" as a product category and add it to your Shopping Cart at no charge. If your gift is being sent to a different address than your other on line purchases, you will need to purchase it separately. We can only ship to one address per order. When sending a gift directly to the recipient, we will send the receipt to you. No price information will be included with the gift.
Sales Tax
All orders will be charged with the appropriate State Tax Rate.
