John Kilpatrick Ministries reserves the right to make changes to our policies by posting them on our website without notification. Changes are effective once posted to this website.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Products and shipping are non-refundable. If your purchase is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement for the same item within 45 days from the date of purchase. You may be asked to ship the product back in its original packaging for quality control purposes. Should your product be damaged or defective, please call 251.445.7179 or email distribution@johnkilpatrick.org to request a replacement.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us before the item is returned to JKM.
John Kilpatrick Ministries will not be responsible to replace merchandise once items are received in good working condition.
If the product was damaged by UPS, please contact UPS at 1.800.742.5877. You may be asked to provide the tracking number and the packaging in which the item was shipped.
Downloadable files will not be refunded. If the file is defective we will replace it.

Method of Payment
Online payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. John Kilpatrick Ministries does not accept American Express.

Orders and Delivery
Once your order has been submitted, all aspects of delivery and payment are finalized and cannot be changed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. John Kilpatrick Ministries is not responsible for incorrect information provided.
Once orders are delivered in good working condition, you will own them and they cannot be replaced free of charge if they are damaged after owning them.
Shipping and Postage
We are not responsible for delivery of an order if the address supplied was entered incorrectly. Please contact our office immediately if an incorrect address was supplied.
Additional freight or other charges for resent orders may apply.
Postage is calculated based on weight, shipping destination, packaging, labor costs and method of shipment.
Digital Media Downloads
How do I receive my downloads?

Your purchase of digital media downloads grants you certain rights.
You may have one copy of the media file stored on a single hard drive for the purpose of backup.
You may reproduce the file in one other format for personal use (i.e., portable media device, cd, etc.).
The following rights have NOT been given to you through your purchase: The right to reproduce copies of the file in whole or in part, the right to translate, enhance, modify, alter, or adapt the file in any way or for any purpose for you or any third party, or the right to sublicense, lease, lend, sell, rent, distribute, or grant others any rights or copies of the file to others without consent from John Kilpatrick Ministries.
Bulk Orders for Bookstores
Bookstores who would like to purchase in bulk, please contact the distribution office at John Kilpatrick Ministries for more information prior to placing any online order. In order to qualify for a bookstore discount on an item you must make a minimum purchase of ten or more of each item desired.
Duplication
John Kilpatrick Ministries¿ product CANNOT be reproduced in whole or in part, translated, enhanced, modified, altered, or adapted in any way or for any purpose for you or any third party. You cannot sublicense, lease, lend, sell, rent, distribute, or grant others any rights or copies of the product without consent from John Kilpatrick Ministries.
