SHIPPING POLICY
Manhattan South orders are filled as promptly as possible. All shipping is done via USPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value and size of your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
All requests for a return authorization must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of shipping by calling Manhattan South at 205.977.3871. Once you receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that number should be printed on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. Returns must be received by Manhattan South within 7 calendar days of the RA issue date. Returns received after this time period will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
Authorizations will be issued for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and are in perfect condition with the original price tag still attached.
All SALE merchandise, accessories, lingerie, leggings, hats, gloves, scarves, shoes and jewelry are a FINAL SALE and no returns will be allowed. Cash or credit card refunds are not allowed. All returnable items may be returned for exchange or in-store credit only. Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Manhattan South for exchanges and return unless Manhattan South has sent wrong size or item.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email and phone. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If we can not make successful contact with you and do not receive a response from you within 14 days, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.
SALES TAX
9% Sales Tax will be applied to Alabama residents.
