Things to Keep in Mind When Placing Your Order:
Chains-
Snake Chain Length- 16" or 18"
Upgrades- 20" ($2) or 24" ($3).
All chains are high quality sterling silver plated, contact us in regards to our sterling upgrades.
When ordering something in a Lowercase font the P, G or the Q may appear to be uppercase, or larger than the other letters. This is because the letter is moved up slightly so that the 'tail' of the letter is not cut off.
Any piece that is a washer can will warp when stamped!!
*If nothing is specified the standard stock chain will be sent.
How you want your names placed:
Center, Vertical, Horizontal
*If you do not let me know how you want your names placed I will do it like the 1st picture in the listing or how best fits your piece.

*Please know the January-Garnet is a VERY dark red color! It can look almost black. Also know that December Blue Zircon can have a green tone to it!
**Birthstones can scratch the piece which will require extra care and polishing

***ADD ONS*** Add ons can only be added on to the purchase of another piece, they can not be purchased seperately.
ALL of LoveStamped's pieces are HAND STAMPED and may not be perfectly straight but this is what makes them one of a kind! Sometimes hand stamping can leave indentations on the back of the stamped surface, this is normal with hand stamped pieces.

Your payment is expected at the time you place your order! I love to combine shipping for you but multiple items must be bought and paid for together!

Shipping
Please make sure that you enter the correct address at shipping! I am NO LONGER going by your paypal address, I will only be shipping to the address that you specify on your order!****
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages and I will not refund or remake items if they are damaged during shipping! I do suggest getting insurance coverage so that if any of your items are damaged or lost you will not be out anything! THANKS!
Refunds and Exchanges
We do allow returns on most of our products! We want you to be totally happy with your order.
Unfortunately we do not allow returns on custom or personalized pieces unless something has been misspelled, thank you for understanding!
In order to receive a full refund the item must be shipped back and then the full refund will be issued. The whole piece (birthstones, chain, etc) must be returned for the full refund.
