Bemcot Wipers
From industrial machinery, screen printing, automotive, aerospace, nuclear power equipment, semiconductor equipment, solar and LCD panels, Bemcot wipers are used by leading manufacturers around the world because of their unique properties and value. Bemcot wipers can be used in either a dry or wet mode (e.g. water, IPA, and other solvents) up to 250 degrees Celsius for cleaning parts and surfaces, removing particles and contaminants, and many other industrial cleaning purposes. Bemcot wipers provide an unique combination of key benefits of cotton without the lint:
- High Absorption: 3-4 times retention per weight vs. polyknit wipers*
- High Purity: virtually no (NVRs) residues for removing oils, hydrocarbons, and other substances
- Anti-Static: electrostatic discharge very minimal comparted to 2-15 times polyester
- Chemical Resistance: can be used with IPA and Acetone
- Ultra-Low Fiber Release: used throughout Japan in near cleanroom environments
- Heat Resistance: No degradation up to up to 250-300 degrees C (depending on Bemcot product)
- Biodegradability and Renewable: made of 100% cotton cellulose and awarded Japan EcoMark 04105042
