How to Order: 1. Order on our website - www.numatters.com, using a credit card or institutional purchase order.
2. Print an Order Form (pdf), complete form and mail with check, credit card number or purchase order number.
3. Print an Order Form (pdf), complete form and fax to 715-855-0129 with a credit card number or purchase order number.
4. Phone order to 715-831-1822 or 888-356-5575 (toll free) along with a credit card number or purchase order number.
Payment Terms: Payment is due on any invoiced order within 30 days of received merchandise.
About Shipping: We ship by UPS or US Postal Service. A street address is required for UPS delivery.
Delivery Time: We ship most orders within 48 hours. Large quantity orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Let us know if you have a specific delivery date in mind. We can ship orders by second day air if you are in a hurry. Additional shipping charges will be assessed and added to your order.
