Store Policies
Samples
Samples of our products can be purchased through Poree's Embroidery at the regular Poree's Embroidery price. Refunds are available for items returned to our suppliers in new and unused condition within 14 days of the purchase. You must also email Poree's Embroidery at customerservice@porees.com to receive a return authorization number prior to returning any samples.
Minimum Orders
With the exception of Letterman's Jackets, Poree's Embroidery requires at least a minimum order of 6 for all custom apparel and uniforms. This applies to any custom order that requires decoration.
Cancellations/Changes
Any cancellation or change of an order must occur by the end of the same working day the order was placed. The end of the Poree Embroidery workday is 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time).
Returns
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (does not include samples). To return an item, you must email Poree Embroidery at customerservice@porees.com within 10 days to receive a return authorization number. Any return without receiving a return authorization number will not be credited or returned. There are absolutely no returns on custom order items, unless they are defective (see Garment Color policy below).
Garment Color
Due to the differences in screen resolutions and color appearances between various computers, Poree's Embroidery is not responsible for problems resulting in color differences which might result from what appears on the computer to the actual garment color.
Payment Policy
Poree's Embroidery requires FULL PAYMENT on all internet orders before they will be processed.
Washing Instructions
Each item will be labeled with the proper washing instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the garment or item. Poree's Embroidery is not liable for any damages due to improper laundering of items. Do not bleach embroidered apparel and avoid heat drying of mercerized fabrics.
