Rose Ribbon offers the following Returns Policy:
Merchandise will be accepted by Rose Ribbon, Inc. for refund (excluding any return shipping charges) only if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Customized Merchandise is nonreturnable unless incorrect. Refunds will be provided via a credit to the cardholder's account.
Please send your merchandise, the designated card within your order, and the original receipt via secured method to:

Shipping Policy:
Shipping is determined by the size and weight of each item. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and most items arrive within 7-10 days of shipment date via UPS. Select oversized or heavy items may not qualify.
Add applicable local and state tax for orders shipped to CA, GA, IL, KS, MO, NC, NJ, NV, and OK.
Items currently cannot be shipped outside of the US, nor to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Pricing Policy:
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. Privacy Policy:
