Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most items are shipped with in 1-2 business days depending on it's availability in our store. The website mostly offers in stock merchandise. Items with multiple sizes, and multiple colors may not be in stock. Also check out our Shipping page for more detailed information.
Q: What about merchandise availability?
A: You can send an email to info@basictease.com to asked about merchandise availability.
Q: What if my item is back ordered?
A: All back order merchandise will ship when they become available. Your back order can be canceled once it's been placed. We will notify you if item becomes discontinued.
Q: Can I return or exchange my items I've bought?
A: Returns must be within 30days of receipt date and be in original condition with tags attached. Please check out our returns and exchanges page for detailed information. For exchanges the item must be in original condition. In accordance with Federal Health Codes, Sanitary/Health concerns all Intimate Apparel, Swimwear, Sensual Aids, Leather, Vinyl, Hosiery are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.
Q: Can I order a shoe in a half-size?
A: No, but if you are a half-size order smaller for open toed shoes, and larger for closed toe shoes, or boots.
Q: Will the packaged lingerie one-size fits all fit?
A: Leg Avenue runs small/medium sizes 2-8 and Hot lingerie runs medium/large sizes 4-10.
Q: I ordered a custom in shop item/items when will it be made?
A: If something you've ordered is a custom in shop item, it will be made within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. The item will be shipped the next business day. It may take up to 4 days to ship.
Q: Do I have to be over 18 to order?
A: You must be 18 years or older to buy sexually oriented material. By accepting terms you are accepting responsibility that you are of legal age and the products you order are permitted in your neighborhood.
