Return Policy
Returns are accepted on all unopened items in original condition which are returned within thirty calendar days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required in the form of a Credit payment receipt. If the product is defective for any reason, ZakandZoe.com will refund your shipping costs and issue a credit or return label for the cost of return shipping. In the event of any other return, neither original nor return shipping can be credited to your account. Returns on opened natural foods, biscuits and treats will not be accepted in the event of a defect in the product.

Shipping & Handling Policy
All orders will be shipped when order is filled. Most orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Shipping fees are based on a weight calculation which varies according to the weight of the item. Handling is a flat $5 fee per order.
