H.M.S. Beagle Online offers the following Returns Policy: damaged or defective items will be replaced upon satisfactory conclusion of a claim for damages with the shipper. We strongly urge customers to request shipping insurance, particularly on fragile items. If something arrives in less than exemplary condition, please notify us within 3 days of shipment receipt so that a claims process may be initiated.
