It doesn't matter which of the many other quality products you choose ranging from sterling silver alphabet beads to manufactured sterling silver beads or sterling silver findings, we want you to be delighted with your purchase and the level of service you receive. We source our sterling silver, gemstone beads and crystals from many corners of the globe including the jewelry centers in Bali, India, Turkey, Thailand, Italy, Germany, Israel, China and of course Austria for our Swarovski crystal beads with a mind to get the best quality for the best price.
If you have a problem with any purchase we will make it right. Swarovski crystal beads that are not the color you wanted, or if you just don't like the style or size of some Bali beads you once you see them 'in person', we will be happy to have you return it for an exchange or full refund. See the 'Contact Info' link to see how to contact us by email or our toll free number that is staffed Mon-Fri 7:00a.m.-3:00 p.m. Pacific Time except on holidays. No RMA required! You can just put them in the mail with a copy of your invoice and we'll process the refund as soon as we receive them.
FAST shipping! We normally ship orders received Sunday through Thursday within 24 hours, except during our big sales and holidays. Even a Friday order received before noon (PST) will normally ship that day. Late Friday and Saturday orders get processed and ship first thing Monday morning. Express Mail orders must be received in our warehouse before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the day of shipment. Our local post office will not accept Express shipments after noon. (Orders need to be received, packed and checked before we deliver them to the post office.) Some US locations do not offer overnight delivery of Express Mail. Please check with your local post office.
