We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express . All returns made within 14 days of receipt of the shipped item will be gladly honored an exchange or store credit. Sales made in the store can be returned within 14 days of the sale date for a store credit or exchange item(s) that equal or more than the total of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable, either to or from the address shipped to, unless the item was damaged during shipment, or the item is found to be defective. This is very rare as we inspect every item for good quality before offering it for sale. Wine barrel products naturally have anomolies that are part of the uniqueness of the particular item. Furniture, sale merchandise and special order custom-made wine barrel designs are non-returnable. Damages during shipment are very rare, but will be replaced with the same item as promptly as possible and at no cost to the customer. The customer agrees to hold any damaged in shipment items including the packing materials for at least 30 days after calling us to submit a claim.
