Store Policies

Most orders will ship within 7 business days from time of purchase. Depending on order volume, there might be a slight delay. Please allow up to 14 business days during online specials as most toys are made as orders are received. We will contact you immediately if there is a delay in the shipment of your order. Colors and shapes may vary based on availability.
Due to avian disease, no returns can be accepted.

Customer Appreciation Program

To show our appreciation for your continued support, we have implemented a customer appreciation program, starting January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. The following will outline how the customer appreciation program works:

Registered customers who accumulate online toy purchases of $300.00 will receive a $30.00* store credit. This $30.00* store credit can be used toward future online toy purchases, on a single toy of equal value, or on a variety of toys equal to $30.00*. Please specify your preference when ordering.
*The store credit must be redeemed within the same calendar year.
