Store Policies
Return Policy Our return policy is not like most stores. We do not charge a restocking fee. I once saw a sign that said "If you bought the wrong part, you now have a spare.". Although comical, that is not how we do business. If you received an item as a gift that was not what you wanted or needed, it can be exchanged or returned for store credit. If something really isn't what you want when you receive it, please feel free to contact us and something can definitely be worked out - guaranteed. We do ask that the returned items come back in the original packaging in new condition.
We cannot refund shipping since that service is paid to the carrier. Return shipping will need to be paid by the customer.
Please contact us either by phone, fax or email before returning any items. We will let you know what information is needed in the package to return the item to us so it can be processed quickly. If an item is broken or defective, please contact us and we will let you know if it would be better to return it to us or contact the manufacturer for a warranty return.
We try to sell only products that we would like to have on our own layout and that we feel meet our standards of quality and durability. We will gladly work with you before, during and AFTER the sale.
