Shipping Estimates & Information - We do our best to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours after payment however, shipping can take up to 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. We ship from Texas via USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you make your purchase, we are assuming that you agree to our shipping time frame. Southlake Scrapbooking and Supplies reserves the right to ship your order at the safest and cheapest rate possible. Please note: All shipping times are estimates and are subject to change without notice. If you would like to insure your package, please make a note in the order comments section. While we have a very high success rate of packages being delivered safely, there is always an element of risk when ordering anything through the mail. By placing your order with us you are assuming this risk and will not hold Southlake Scrapbooking and Supplies liable should your package not arrive. Southlake Scrapbooking and Supplies is not responsible and will not replace any orders that are lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged. Once your order ships from our store, it is in the hands of the carrier. Any claims made are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Availability - We do our best to have all products in stock, every day. On an occasion, we will sell out of a product that is still on our site. We try to remove the item as soon as we are aware that we are sold out. Also, manufactures discontinue products every day. Again we try to remove items that have been discontinued as soon as we are notified that we can no longer obtain the item. Should you purchase an item that has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we apologize in advance and you will receive a refund for this item. If the item is sold out and is now on back order, we will either ship this item, at no additional charge to you, once we receive it back in stock or issue a refund to you. This is at the sole discretion of Southlake Scrapbooking and Supplies. Shipping for a backordered item can take 1-4 weeks. If the item is also backordered from the manufacturer, shipping can take up to 3 months. We are not responsible should a manufacturer be backordered on your item.
