Our policy is that we will have fun.  Life is often too serious and we want to make products that make you feel good and look good.  However, since some people ruin the fun, our policy on refunds on the vehicle murals is that if you choose an artist or want to use custom artwork that we don't own a licensing agreement for, then if we are unable for whatever reason to obtain a license agreement, then you will ONLY be eligible for a refund of HALF the purchase price.  This covers the time and effort we have to make in order to obtain a license agreement.  We feel that with access to approximately 1,500 paintings to choose from, this should more than be enough to choose from without having to use any other artwork.  In addition, if you want us to use your own photographs or artwork, since this is a custom design, if you end up not liking our custom design, then you would be eligible to a refund of only HALF the purchase price in order to cover our time and expenses in the efforts to make you satisfied with our custom artwork.
