High Quality
All of our products are molded using our unique high-quality process. All product castings are created by hand, within our custom made molds. All products are cast in white resin and are shot using a single mold per product casting. Each product is inspected and any imperfections are removed upon removal from the mold. Although our molding process produces only a modicum of flashing on the product.
Shipping
We use the US Postal Service to ship all of our orders. We charge a minimal fee of $5.00 per order, regardless of the size of your order. This fee is the same for U.S. Domestic and International shipments.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your model part purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
