Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes. I charge a flat rate of $3.00 per delivery. That is the same if you order one item or multiple items.
Your pick up and delivery times are restricted to Mon-Fri. Can I request a special time?
For delivery, no. I can deliver to homes and businesses to make it more convenient. But I am unable to deliver outside of the listed days and times. I can allow a special pick up time if needed. Please call after placing your order and I will be happy to schedule for you.
Do you ship your cheesecakes?
No. Shipping a cheesecake requires FDA approved shrink wrap, mailing cooler and cold packs. As well as Express shipping services. I am not equipped to mail frozen foods.
Can you make special sizes, flavors or items?
Flavors, yes. Always! It's my specialty. Sizes, not at this time. I offer three sizes at this time. In the future, I will be able to offer more choices in sizes.
Why are some of your Seasonal items unavailable?
Seasonal items are available for a short time. You will be able to place orders ahead of time or during the time they are being produced. But they will not be available until the dates shown in their description. And after the deadline, you will be unable to order them until next year.
Of course, seasonal fruit and nuts are a large part of why certain products come in and out of season. But also this is done to provide plenty of room for popular seasonal items when they are in demand.
My favorite cheesecake is no longer listed on your website. Can I still order it?
That depends on the item. Feel free to call and ask about special orders.
I need a cheesecake TODAY, but you require 24 hours to complete an order. Don't you have anything in stock?
Yes. I bake a small amount of cheesecakes daily. But I can not guarantee the flavor you are looking for. Please call for a list of flavors I have available for pick up today.
Do you cater?
No. I can bake large quantities of desserts for your event if given a minimum of 2 weeks notice. But I only offer a small selection of desserts in individual sizes. Most items come in the form of a whole cake or other large item. I do not offer anything other than desserts.
Do you sell cheesecake by the slice?
No. I currently sell 9" cakes, 5" cakes and 3" Cheesecake Minis. But I am unable to offer single slices. If you are interested in single servings, I would like to recommend the Cheesecake Minis or Cheesecake Bites.
I would like to place an order for a special occasion. Can I order it in advance?
Yes. I can take orders up to three months in advance. However, I generally start making orders when they are placed. If you do not need your order right away, please call me to let me know.
What payment methods do you take?
When ordering online, you can pay through PayPal or with a credit card. Or you can choose to pay by cash or check when you pick up your order or have it delivered. However, I am unable to process credit card orders at home. When placing an order over the phone or in person, I can only accept cash or checks.
