Payment Terms:

Credit Cards- AMEX, Discover, Master Card, Visa and Company Checks are accepted. Charges to cards will be made at the time of shipment. Name on card being used, must match the name of the person placing the order, otherwise, a credit card authorization form must be completed for your protection against fraud.

Credit Line- An open line of credit may be established only after 1st time orders made by credit card. A credit application & reference form must be completed and returned to Tgicable. All applications must be signed by authorized personnel.

Product Specification: Product Specifications- Product specifications are available upon request and are subject to change without notice. Customer is responsible for confirming specifications at the time of purchase.

Warranty Policy- Pricing Policy: Product Catalog¿s are available upon request. Customer may refer to any given part number, and contact Tgicable for a current price. Pricing is good for 30 days, unless otherwise noted. Pricing does not reflect shipping costs. Price Changes- Pricing is subject to change without notice. Minimum (small) Orders- Minimum order amount is $20.00.

An additional small order charge of $5.00 will be added to all order under $80.00. Shipping Policy: Orders will ship same day if received by 3:00 pm EST. Customer will be notified immediately if a product is not in stock, and/or backordered. Deliveries will be made by UPS. Customer may choose to use his/her own UPS account number. Drop Shipments/Blind Shipments are available upon request at no additional charge.

Returns- Customer must report shortages and/or damages to Tgicable as soon as possible, and within 7 days without penalty with the exception of special orders which may carry a re-stocking fee, and in some cases, are not refundable. (Ex: Special cuts of cable.)
