All orders will be shipped within 2 business days for both Domestic and International.  Any back-ordered items (domestic) will be shipped at our cost and you will not be charged for those items until they are sent.  Back-ordered items for International orders: we will try to ship the entire order together.  We will email you to let you know when your order will ship only if there is back-ordered items. All Storage Units , Totes, and Tools will have their own shipping charges.  We ship via USPS. 

 

Items that are discounted in the cart will not be able to use the 20% off Coupon code or the 10% off returning cutomer code.

 

Orders that have shipped and returned to us will have a 25% restocking fee and will be charged for the shipping cost. 

 

Pre-order items and items that say "out of stock" or "ship on arrival" will be charged for shipping when available. 

 

We are not responsible for orders after they ship.  If you would like insurance please state in the comments section when placing an order and we will add the insurance to your order.  We will charge the exact amount the carrier charges.  No extra fees!
