RETURNS POLICY
As we are a roast-to-order company of a consumable product, returns are not the norm. However, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality, freshest coffee possible. If you are ever dissatisfied with our products or service, please let us know so we can make it right. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!

SHIPPING POLICY
Coffee is usually shipped within one to two business days from the date of your order (depending on roasting schedules, whether your coffee is flavored and whether you have requested ground coffee). We ship via UPS. You should receive a notification from UPS containing your tracking number when your shipment departs our facility (to the email address you used when registering).

TERMS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For legal disputes and taxation purposes, all transactions are deemed to have taken place in Murfreesboro, TN, subject to all applicable TN laws and taxes.
